Kenexis® Open-Audit™ supports custom report templates, allowing you to upload a Microsoft Word template that is automatically populated with data from your Kenexis® Open-Audit™ studies.

How It Works

The custom reporting tool scans your Word template for recognized text patterns and replaces them with the corresponding data from your Kenexis® Open-Audit™ study. For the tool to work correctly, keep the following in mind:

  • Text patterns must match exactly. Patterns are case-sensitive and must conform precisely to the expected format.
  • Use plain text only. Do not place text patterns inside formatted elements such as tables, lists, page headers, page footers, or other Word processing constructs — doing so may prevent the tool from recognizing them correctly.
  • Copy and paste from the reference table. To avoid errors, copy patterns directly from the table below and paste them into your template as unformatted text, as demonstrated in the video above.

The table below lists every recognized text pattern for the Kenexis® Open-Audit™ custom reporting tool, along with a description of the Kenexis® Open-Audit™ study data that will replace each pattern when the tool runs.
