In most MOC tools, that’s a separate, manual review. Generic EHS and ticketing tools manage a change as paperwork — they route approvals, attach documents, and track action items — but they treat your PHA as an external document. Someone has to pull the PHA out of its own tool and read the relevant nodes by hand to decide whether the change has process-safety consequences.
Kenexis® MoC is wired to the hazard analysis directly. It runs on the same platform as your PHA and SIS data, so a workflow step can embed a Kenexis® Open-PHA® checklist — a PSSR checklist, for example — without duplicating the file, and the change ties to the actual PHA scenarios and to the SIS records in Kenexis® SIS. The impact assessment is part of the change workflow, not a downstream manual hand-off.

A single concurrent-user license is $5,000 USD/year* per database (one database per physical site is recommended), there is no limit or additional cost for additional users.
