Understanding Your Data: Moving Studies Between Open-PHA® Desktop and (KISS) Cloud
One of the most powerful features of the Kenexis Integrated Safety Suite (KISS) is that your process hazard analysis data is never locked away in a proprietary black box. Every Open-PHA® study is stored as a straightforward text file in JSON format – a human-readable, open standard that puts you in full control of your work product. In this webinar, we pull back the curtain on what an Open-PHA® file looks like under the hood and show you how easy it is to move studies between Open-PHA® desktop and the KISS cloud platform.
We walk through the complete workflow for downloading a working copy of a study from KISS, making edits in Open-PHA® desktop, and then bringing that work back into the cloud. You’ll learn the two methods for re-importing a study: one that creates an entirely new study in KISS, and another that creates a new revision of an existing study – preserving your full revision history and maintaining all linkages to related studies such as SIL Classification and LOPA within the platform.
Whether you need offline access for a site visit, want to collaborate with a team member who isn’t connected to your KISS instance, or simply prefer working in the desktop application, this webinar will give you the confidence to move your data seamlessly between environments.
