As of the August 2014 release of Effigy, the software tool is now equipped with a 3D viewer page. This page allows users to view and manipulate their study fully in three dimensions. Effigy has always employed the most accurate three dimensional analysis techniques, but – in accordance with ISA 84.00.07 – has presented results as areal coverage maps. While the Kenexis calculation engine is still the most accurate ever, and presents results in accordance with ISA requirements, you are now able to view the results, and also the baseline plant and detector model fully in three dimensions. As always, you the user will not be required to do anything to access these features, simply click on the 3D view icon the next time that you log in to Effigy!
