Kenexis is a global consulting and engineering firm. The company was founded in April 2004 by Ed Marszal and Kevin Mitchell. Mr. Marszal and Mr. Mitchell began working together at the Business Risk Solutions Division of environmental consultancy Environmental Resource Management (ERM) based on Exton , Pennsylvania , in 1998. Early in 2004 they elected to form a new organization that was entirely focused on process industry customers.
